I work at the Help Desk at Depaul. Some of the things im responsible for are:

• Taking calls about Depaul Online; The schools ISP
• Taking calls regarding students email accounts.
• Taking calls regarding students Resnet(university computers).
• Taking calls about general computer problems from faculty and students.
