Alexis Ayn Maislen

Welcome to my Virtual Home where I have spent the past three odd months incorporating hypertext fiction and nonfiction theory into building a web site in Dreamweaver for my writings.

Come take a journey...

Who Am I?

...through the life of a young woman with passion, drive, and vision.

On my web site, you will find:

links to only a few of my journalism articles

a section of my articles on mental health journalism

two copies of my resume (One is for employers looking for a copy writer and editor. The other is for employers looking for a reporter/editorial assistant for consumer and/or trade publications.)

samples of my photography

If you would like to find more articles I have written, type my name into any popular search engine (ie. Google, Yahoo, AskJeeves). There you will find my more recent claims to fame and some old stuff too. For older articles, contact me and I will snail mail them to you.

Young, Well-Rounded, and Accomplished

I have written well over 700 articles from publications that range from business journals to the technology section of a major daily to alternative weeklies and monthlies to campus papers to newsletters, web copy, and press materials. I have covered just about every topic under the sun from organic gardening to employment law to pop culture to mental health to health/science/technology. If you would like samples pertaining to a particular topic, just ask. And, make sure you come back often and read my What's New? Blog. My blog will be an update of my current writing projects as well as my current book, music, theatre, and film reviews.

Thank you again,

Alexis Ayn Maislen
