Technology Pundits, especially computer scientists have explained that technology refresh every 18 months, in other words technology gets outdated every 18 months or technology becomes cheaper every 18 months While technology becomes cheaper every 18 months, labor becomes expensive every 18 months. (Although in these tough times I question that).
What does that all mean?
It Means that more people can afford to buy computers. and while more computers become cheaper like a VCR, the complexity on them has to become more simpler
