St. Paul - Our Lady
of Vilna Elementary School is a kindergarten through 8th grade catholic
school dedicated in the participation of helping students by providing
excellent academic direction. St. Paul - Our Lady of Vilna holds
270 students and is 98% Hispanic origin.

Goal
Our goal is to reach
out and attract sponsors and encourage to join our mission in helping form
leaders of tomorrow--today's children--by providing educational programs
and assistance in the development of academic activities.
Our
Target
Our target begins
with kindergarten students, which is the stage when child’s curiosity begins
its journey. It is a year that exposes children to new experiences outside
the home, new friendships and the classroom environment. Foundations are
laid for the challenges of grade one. At St. Paul - Our Lady of Vilna
Elementary School, Mrs. Georgia Warnuek and teacher aid, Mrs. Eva Ramirez,
guided 32 kindergarten students though this important experience.
Our
History
St. Paul - Our Lady
of Vilna Elementary School was built in 1892 by German immigrants who came
together to create an educational foundation for their children.
St. Paul - Our Lady of Vilna is over 100 years old. The school recieved

Technology
Each classroom is
equiped with two computers for in-class use. St. Paul - Our Lady
of Vilna Elementary School has a computer lab with 40 computers.
Our
Faculty
Our faculty members
are volunteer college graduates from Inner-City
Teaching Corps known as an organization dedicated to make a difference
in the educational arena in Chicago. After the completion of two
years, the tachers come with a strong disceplinary background in the educational
sector.
