This website is designed to educate it's viewers on one of the greatest minds in theories regarding personality.  If you have ever been interested in why or how personalities develop, then this is the website for you.  Gordon Allport was a pioneer in developing ideas on human personality.  He has published books such as Personality: A Psychological Interpretation (1937), The Psychology of Rumor (1947), The Individual and His Religion (1950), The Nature of Prejudice (1954), Becoming: Basic Considerations for Psychology of Personality (1955), Pattern and Growth in Personality (1961), and Letters from Jenny (1965).  He was indeed a remarkable advocate for social psychology.
