Tests for requirement 2:
*Once in the system, user will be able to check their account balance.
*If user places a winning bet, their account will be updated correctly within 2 hours of game completion
*This will be tested 5 times by placing fake bets to an account and then entering final scores for the game bet on
*User account will correctly reflect changes due to winnings
